The head of a religious centre which hosted Madonna's visit to Israel was last night under arrest on suspicion of promising to cure a woman's cancer in return for more than £30,000.Shaul Youdkevitch, the director of the Kabbalah Centre in Tel Aviv, was remanded for questioning and Israeli police said they planned to question his wife and a former director on the same charge.
Madonna wishes happy Scientology to Tom Cruise!

Washington : Pop star Madonna has come to the defence of Hollywood actor Tom Cruise after he received criticism over his controversial Scientology religion.
The singer, who has also been criticised over her following of the Kabbalah, insists Cruise is happy as a Scientologist, and the public and media should respect his religion.
“I find it very strange that it’s (Scientology) so disturbing to people. It’s not hurting anybody. If it makes Tom Cruise happy, I don’t care if he prays to turtles. And I don’t think anybody else should,” Contactmusic quoted Madonna as saying the New York Daily News.
Cruise, who had recently begun to speak more openly about his love for the Church of Scientology, has converted his pregnant fiancee Katie Holmes.

Ashton and Demi
There is always stuff in the news these days about Kabbalah. Of cours, as we have seen in the 20/20 video, some of the stuff is very phony.
The latest joke is the wedding of Demi and Ashton in a "kabbalah Ceremony".
What in the world is a Traditional Kabbalah Ceremony? Oy Vey! If they mean a wedding, well that has nothing to do with the kabbalah. If they mean Kabbalah center, well it has nothing to do with Judaism. What in the world do they mean? They don't even know themselves. They just regurgitate whatever the PR people from the stars tell them. And thats the news.
The pair exchanged vows in a traditional Kabbalah ceremony in front of 45 friends and family members, including Demi's three daughters and Ashton's "That '70s Show" costars Danny Masterson and Wilmer Valderrama, at their Beverly Hills home on Sept. 24.
